The Housing Development Agency (HDA) was established in 2009 as a public development agency whose mission is fast-tracking the acquisition and release of state, private and communally owned land for human settlement developments. An HDA office in the Free State
On 12 May, Taffy Adler, CEO HDA, joined Mosima Mehale, the agency’s newly appointed manager of the Free State programme, at the Govan Mbeki awards ceremony in Bloemfontein. The HDA was the sponsor of three awards and donated three laptops to the Best Young Contractor, Best Woman Contractor and Best Contractor.
