Strategic priorities

In line with the functions prescribed by the HDA Act, the Agency has developed the following strategic priorities:

Goal one: Land and property availability and release

Goal statement: To coordinate the integrated national (public sector) land and landed property inventory to facilitate the release of land for sustainable community development.

Goal two: Land and property holding

Goal statement: To make relevant land and landed property available to facilitate sustainable communities.

Goal three: Promoting sustainable human settlements

Goal statement: To promote sustainable human settlements through providing appropriate frameworks, services project implementation, support and capacity building.

Goal four: Organisational credibility

Goal statement: To operate and function as an organisation with a track record of quality, effective delivery and professional service.

Goal five: Intergovernmental collaboration and alignment

Goal statement: To foster intergovernmental alignment and collaboration for accelerating sustainable human settlement development.
