Under the DBSA 2500 Programme, the HDA is mandated to ensure that outstanding housing projects across the Northern Cape comply with national norms and standards and progress to full completion. This includes targeted programme management support, stakeholder coordination, technical supervision and oversight of contractors.
The programme aims to unlock the remaining 2,500 housing opportunities through improved planning, quality assurance and delivery acceleration to support functional, safe and dignified human settlements.
