Region C
Region C of the HDA oversees a broad portfolio of programmes across the Free State, KwaZulu‑Natal and Mpumalanga, supported by fully established provincial offices. The region plays a critical role in land development, title deed restoration, informal settlements upgrading, catalytic project implementation and project management support – all aligned to the Medium‑Term Operational Plan (MTOP) and national human settlements priorities.
The HDA provides a broad range of services across the three provinces, including:
- Informal Settlements Upgrading Support
- Project planning, packaging and technical advisory
- Emergency housing support
- Project pipeline development
- Full project management and implementation oversight
- Programme coordination for township renewal and urban revitalisation initiatives
