Through the 25k Programme, the HDA has been appointed by CoGHSTA to manage, coordinate and support civil engineering projects across the province. This includes bulk and internal infrastructure such as water, sanitation, stormwater, roads and public amenities required for sustainable human settlements.
Current key projects include Ivory Park and Barkley Road
These projects contribute to improved service delivery, settlement regularisation and readiness for future housing development.
