Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity (CI) standards across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain branded templates for reports, presentations, newsletters and email communication.
- Oversee production of marketing collateral (brochures, banners, posters, social media assets, invitations, exhibition materials).
Corporate Communications
- Coordinate development and packaging of internal and external communication materials.
- Compile, write, edit and design stakeholder newsletters.
- Support executive messaging and presentation preparation.
- Ensure content is proofread, formatted and aligned to institutional tone and governance standards.
Corporate Publications & Reports
- Coordinate layout and design of statutory and strategic documents (Annual Reports, APPs, Strategic Plans, Investment Publications).
- Translate complex organisational data into professional, reader-friendly formats.
- Liaise with internal departments to consolidate content and manage production timelines.
- Ensure high-quality, print-ready and digital-ready outputs.
Digital Marketing & Online Platforms
- Manage social media content planning, design, scheduling and reporting.
- Support organic growth and digital stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Maintain website content via CMS (publishing tenders, vacancies and corporate notices).
- Develop and manage responsive HTML email templates and digital communication assets.
Event Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate communication elements for internal and external events.
- Develop event branding assets and manage RSVP communication systems.
- Provide on-site communication support, photography and videography documentation.
- Support exhibitions and stakeholder activations with professional collateral and digital assets.
Multimedia & Content Creation
- Develop basic motion graphics and animated assets where required.
- Prepare content for multi-platform distribution (email, web, social media).
- Marketing Systems & Process Coordination.
- Coordinate internal branding tools and digital process improvements.
- Maintain digital asset libraries and brand repositories.
- Identify efficiencies in marketing workflows to improve turnaround time and quality control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in marketing and corporate communications.
- Experience in publication development and executive-level documentation.
- Public sector experience advantageous.
