Region B
Region B of the HDA oversees human settlements operations across Limpopo, Gauteng and the North West, supporting provincial and municipal partners through coordinated planning, project management and technical expertise. Guided by approved Implementation Protocols and Medium‑Term Operational Plans (MTOPs), the region strengthens capacity, accelerates delivery and supports sustainable, integrated human settlements development.
The HDA provides a broad range of services across the three provinces, including:
- Informal Settlements Upgrading Support
- Project planning, packaging and technical advisory
- Emergency housing support
- Project pipeline development
- Full project management and implementation oversight
- Programme coordination for township renewal and urban revitalisation initiatives
